This space will detail the points on how instutz will collect, use and share the data about the students and instructor/institutes who register on our website. Here we describe our practices in in collecting your data and your rights to access and restrict our use of your personal data. We will use the data collected to provide services, to establish communication and to troubleshoot the issues,
· We will be collecting the data when you join and enter the information about yourself, your active participation in courses and discussion forums, and the data you enter in creating your profiles and other third party platforms you use in logging into instutz and what parts of our services you use and interact with either as a student or instructor/institute.
· For students, we will be collecting and storing the data of your user account when you register yourself and join the instutz website like your email, password etc. and we will be assigning a unique number to your account and storing it. The information you enter in your profile along with the information of your social media profiles, your profile photo, work ex and education details will also be collected and stored. The information you enter in your profile will be visible to others on our website. Also the information regarding your enrollment in a particular course by a particular institute will be stored by the instutz website.
· For instructors/institutes the data you enter in instutz website regarding your institute name and address along with your phone number and email your payment details which includes bank details, your tax information like GSTIN and PAN will be collected and stored with us. The information you enter in creating your profile will be visible to others on our website.
· Any information and content you share and interact with on the instutz website including your reviews, testimonials, asking or answering questions in discussion forums, message communication between student and instructor/institute or vice versa will be collected and stored. Such shared content maybe publicly viewed on the website.
· The courses which you enrolled, the quizzes you participated in, your interaction with fellow students on discussion forums, your exchange with institutes all details will be collected and stored.
· For students, we collect any payment data you enter for a purchase for processing that order. It is absolutely essential that you must provide certain information for payment and billing purposes to our payment processing partners such as information about credit/debit cards and other bank details. Instutz website or Tecsco learning pvt ltd will not be storing any data regarding any sensitive payment information like the bank account numbers, credit/debit card information.
· For instructor/institute it is essential to fill up necessary payment information like bank account numbers along with taxation details like GST number and PAN number of the institute registered and other physical address registration which we collect and store and use this information for transferring the transaction amount and other taxation purpose. Physical address of the institute, name and description of the institute and instructor details and pictures uploaded will be displayed on the website for the public to see and will be shared on other third party websites for marketing purposes.
