In order to ensure our platform and services safe and hassle free for you, our student and instructor/institute community, these terms apply to all your activities on instutz.com website and acceptance of these terms is necessary. If you are an instructor/institute, who are posting content on the instutz.com website you must also agree the instructor/institute “terms”
· The contents that appear and its rights, titles and interests, the content which is uploaded on our website instutz.com by our employees and partners, , our databases, our existing and future applications will remain as an exclusive property owned by Tecsco Learning Pvt Limited ,excluding the content posted by our customers (students) and institutes
· You need to register and create an account, whether you are a student or an instructor/institute in order to use all our services and for your own activity on the instutz.com website. You should also ensure to provide correct information about yourself (whether a student or an instructor/institute) while registering your account. We may ask you to provide/update information about yourself from time to time to ensure safety of your account.
· You should ensure the details of your account should be kept in private and confidential manner. You have complete responsibility for whatever happens on your account which include any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by you or someone else who is accessing your account with/without your permission.
· You should not transfer the login credentials of instutz.com to someone else and you bear complete responsibility for whatever happens in your account. Tecsco Learning Pvt. Ltd will not interfere in any disputes that may arise by between students or instructors/institutes who have divulged their login credentials with someone else.
· Tecsco Learning Private Ltd is granted license by the instructors/institutes who published their courses on the instutz.com website, which in turn grants limited non transferrable license to the students who enrolled to the respective courses by paying the respective fee to view the content of the course of the respective instructors/institutes. Students are not authorized to use or publish or sell or lend or rent or modify or reproduce or redistribute or adapt or create derivative works or share the courses on other platforms and the courses are intended solely for the personal use.
· Courses published by the instructor/institutes will have deadlines prescribed by the respective instructors/institutes for the respective courses and students should be able to complete the course in the given time. Once the time set by instructor/institute is finished the student will not be able the access the content in the course he/she enrolled for.
· As a student you are agreeing to pay the required fee set by the instructor/institute to access the respective course and you are authorizing us to charge your debit or credit or bank or other process such as UPI or other wallets for those fees. You are also agreeing not to use invalid or unauthorized payment methods while making the purchase. In any peculiar case, where your payment fails and you are granted access to the, you have to pay the respective fee as soon as possible and in case of failure tecsco learning pvt. ltd reserve the right to disable the access to the course after notifying you.
· As these are recorded videos, currently we do not provide any refund/cancellation for these services provide as the person will be capable of accessing entire video recordings after enrolling. Refunds are given in only very peculiar cases at the discretion of the tecsco learning pvt. Ltd.
· Instructors/institutes are responsible for determining the price of each and every course. Instructors/institutes are also responsible for the discounts provided for their courses. Instructors/Institutes are agreeing to the condition that for the transactions happening on the price of their respective courses on instutz.com website only 65% of the transaction will be delivered to their respective accounts within 30 days.
· You are creating account on instutz.com website (either as a student or instructor/institute) which you intend to use for the designated lawful purposes only. You hereby agreeing not to post any offensive, racist, sexist, chauvinistic (religion, caste or region), pornographic, abusive content on the website in the form course or description or reviews. You as student or instructor/institute should comply with the intellectual property rights and should not in any form infringe on others intellectual property rights.
· The content you are posting on instutz.com website either as a student or an instructor/institute, is owned by you and can be removed at any point of time. You are authorizing tecsco learning pvt ltd. to use, market, and share, publish, sell, promote and advertise your content on other websites. You are also authorizing tecsco learning pvt ltd to share, publish, promote, market, distribute on instutz.com website and other platforms the comments, reviews, suggestions you are posting on the instutz.com website.
· You should also ensure that you have appropriate rights and licenses to publish your content on instutz.com website either as student or an instructor/institute without infringing someone else’s copy rights and intellectual property rights.
· Tecsco learning Pvt. Ltd. doesn’t verify, cross check, modify, edit the content in the courses and instructors/institutes are solely responsible for the content they post in their courses. We don’t have any control or the legality over the content posted, course designed, price fixed for a course, timeline fixed for the course or any other details regarding the courses. Instructors/institutes bear the sole responsibility for the all the aforementioned things. In some special cases, the description of the course (which includes images, font style, grammatical errors or any new updates including videos) will be changed in liaison with the respective instructor/institute.
· As a student, any exposure to the content on instutz.com website which is offensive, objectionable, not satisfactory tecsco learning pvt ltd bears no responsibility and we don’t have any control over the accuracy, validity, reliability of the content you are accessing from the instructors/institutes.
· As a registered student or instructor/institute you are agreeing to the terms that tecsco learning pvt ltd will not be responsible in any way for any sort of engagement with fellow instructor/institute or fellow students outside instutz.com website, whether on personal basis or any engagement through any other online medium.
· We do not hire any instructors or institutes who are delivering content on the website nor do we not employ them on our website. We neither are responsible nor liable to the any disagreements, disputes, damage, bad experience, claims, and losses etc that arise between a student and an institute and vice versa.
· We are also not responsible to any third party links that may appear on the website especially in discussion forums and your inboxes and we cannot vouch for their authenticity or credibility and you should employ your discretion to click those links and ensure to read terms and conditions with respect to those links including the collection of your personal information.
· The price that appears on our website regarding a course is determined by the institutes/instructors and our promotional offers for a course and are liable to change at the discretion of institutes/instructors and us.
· The courses published on our website are published by different institutes/instructors and they have granted us license to allow access to the students (customers) who chose to pay for the respective course. So as a customer (student) who paid for the course we granting you the license to access the course on our website for the specified time set forth by the institute/instructor that uploaded the respective course which is published on the description page of the course. On the other hand institutes/instructors may not grant the license to students (customers) directly using a third party platform or website by publishing links on instutz.com.
· As an institute/instructor you can utilize our platform to communicate with students (customers) who had paid for the respective course and you should ensure to follow the entire legal framework abiding the law and respecting rights of others. You should refrain yourself using any illegal content and also any objectionable language, content, regarding religion, region, sex, gender, caste or any other chauvinistic material while engaging with the students (customers) on one on one basis.
· Students (customers) should refrain themselves form sharing any illegal and objectionable content or any objectionable language, content, regarding religion, region, sex, gender, caste or any other chauvinistic material while engaging with the institutes/instructors on one on one basis. You should follow the entire legal framework abiding the law and respecting the rights of others.
· The students (customers) should refrain themselves from divulging their personal information to any of the institutes/instructors or any other fellow student on the website instutz.com. Institutes/instructors should also refrain themselves from divulging their personal information to student or any other institute/instructor on the website instutz.com
· Students (customers) and institutes/instructors should not use or create an account on instutz.com for any illegal purpose and should always use the account within the legal framework of the country and they are expected to be solely responsible with the knowledge of the legal framework of the country.
· In any case when engaging with one on one with the institute/instructor students should not submit any ‘project work’ that is not theirs when they are asked to submit it to the respective institute/instructor.
· In the same way institutes/instructors should not be submitting ‘project work’ and ask their respective students to finish the ‘project work’ that is not theirs and both the students and institutes/instructors are solely responsible for any copyright issues arising from these cases.
· The account that is created on instutz.com (by either students or institutes/instructor) should be not used in any illegal activity i.e., in accessing or tampering or hacking the public spaces of instituz.com website or any of its systems and servers. The account cannot be used to circumvent or disable or modify or interfere with any of the features and procedures of the platform. Any of the instutz.com content cannot be reproduced or copied or modified or reverse engineered to create any resembling content or any other derivative product of instutz.com.
· Students and institutes/instructors should not use their account to spam or send any third party links or post any form of virus content or post promotions of any third party link on the public areas of the website.
